UG Freshers Day Celebrations - 21st November 2024
A Grand Welcome to the Batch of 2024
The campus came alive with energy, colour, and excitement as the UG Freshers Day Celebrations were held on 21st November 2024 to warmly welcome the newly admitted undergraduate students.
The event was organized with great enthusiasm by the senior students under the guidance of the faculty, with an aim to make the freshers feel at home and introduce them to the vibrant culture of the institution.
The celebration began with the ceremonial lamp lighting and an inaugural address by the Principal / Management. In his speech, the dignitary emphasized the importance of academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development, and wished the freshers a successful and memorable journey ahead.
A Stage Full of Talent
The formal welcome was followed by a spectacular array of cultural performances. Seniors set the stage on fire with energetic group dances, soulful singing, shayari, and drama, which was later joined by the freshers showcasing their own hidden talents.
One of the most awaited segments of the day was the Ramp Walk and Talent Round for the Mr. and Miss Fresher 2024 title. The confidence, grace, and wit displayed by the participants left the audience spellbound.
Games, Fun and Bonding
To break the ice, various fun games and interactive activities were conducted,
helping freshers interact with their seniors and build new friendships. The auditorium echoed with laughter and applause throughout the day.
The event concluded with the crowning of Mr. and Miss Fresher, distribution of prizes, and a vote of thanks proposed by the Student Council. The day ended with a group photograph and refreshments, marking a perfect beginning to the academic year.
The UG Freshers Day Celebration 2024 was not just an event, but a beautiful memory that will be cherished by the batch of 2024 for years to come.
